As a sucussful business man in Greece, Theo came to the Untied States in 1999 and moved to Abbeville, SC. He saw a need for good people to get together and share good food with good friends and in 2002 he opened Theos Deli and Seafood. You can find Theo's Deli and Seafood in downtown Abbeville, right off the square. After 15 years in business Theo's restaurant is still a vibrant and thriving place to eat. As a family run businesss you will always see Theo himself in the restaurant along with his son Harry and thier family.

Good frood, good service and
good value
I don't understand why this place does not have a higher rating in Greenwood. The food is very good and prices are very reasonable.
We split a Philly Cheese Steak for lunch and it piled high with meat, sauteed onions, mushrooms, green peppers and lots of cheese. The roll was good also. With a side of onions rings it was plenty to eat. The 12" sandwich was $9.95. The most expensive item on the dinner menu is a Fisherman's Platter for $12.50. We'll definitely be going back.

Good Small Town Restaurant
Had a gyro for supper. It was good. Folks behind the counter were friendly. Daughter had a calzone which was good too. Wife had a good philly cheese steak too. Clean restaurant.

This was my first time here. The counter waitress was super knowledgeable about food selections. The ones who brought food to our table were so kind and pleasant! The food was delicious and hot and the place was packed today! Please go here and eat!
